I love chocolate, but it is no fun when I itch and have joint pain every time I eat it! I was experimenting with carob and this recipe was created. These treats are so good it's addictive! Move over chocolate, a new chew is in town! I tried carob other ways and it just wasn't satisfying as chocolate, but THIS recipe has turned the tables! Carob Chews 1/2 cup sugar-free white chocolate chips 1/2 cup sun butter 1/4 cup raw honey 2 tablespoon dairy-free butter 1/4 cup carob powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup nuts or sunflower seeds 1/2 cup raisins* Optional: Carob powder for coating** Melt white chocolate chips on low.
