First, would like to thank everyone who purchased my book! It was a pleasure meeting all of you! I really focused on making a DELICIOUS gluten-free, low-glycemic treat so it can be shared with others who enjoy these classic recipes without sacrificing flavor without knowing they are a healthier version of the original. Everyone can enjoy them guilt-free or without a reaction to an ingredient.

I have one suggestion for those who enjoyed the "Caramel Oatmeal Bar" sample. If you are diabetic, you will still need to count the carbs in these low-glycemic recipes. I suggest using a food calculator on-line to do this by entering in the measured ingredients from the recipe and divide it to equal a single serving. Even those who are hypoglycemic or pre-diabetic, may want to eat a protein food with a recipe such as the "Caramel Oatmeal Bars". I found that eating my "Sugar-free Protein Bars" (recipe shown on my blog) to be a nice compliment to the "Caramel Oatmeal Bar" recipe. I just press each bar together, and wala, I have a new flavor combination plus now packed with a protein punch!
