Here is another delicious frozen dessert for those last lazy days of summer! This "Frozen Berry Yogurt" recipe uses "Treat Your Health" low glycemic "Sweetened Condensed Milk" for a low-glycemic version, plus it's dairy-free! If you do not have "Treat Your Health" Low Glycemic cookbook, refer to my website to order or use sweetened condensed milk of your choice.
Frozen Berry Yogurt
1 cup dairy-free yogurt
1 cup pureed strawberries (or berry of your choice)
7 oz. sweetened condensed milk (low-glycemic)
1/2 cup dairy-free milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Using ice cream maker, freeze according to directions. Place in container to be stored in the freezer.
