Sugar-Free Icing
1 cup sugar-free powdered sugar
1 tablespoons browned butter
1 tablespoons hot water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
In a small bowl, add powdered sugar. Set aside. In a small sauce pan, add butter and heat until browns. If using dairy-free butter spread, just heat until melted. Heat water until hot. Add hot butter and water to powdered sugar. Blend until smooth. Add vanilla until thoroughly mixed.
