Kids are heading back to school and we will be looking forward to those crisp fall days, but for now summer is still hanging on and a cold satisfying treat seems like the perfect treat!
Non-dairy Frozen Strawberry Yogurt
2 cups coconut milk yogurt
2 cups pureed fresh or frozen strawberries*
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk**
1/4 cup oat milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Sprinkle of salt
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour ingredients into an ice cream maker. If cylinder can not hold all the contents, mixture can be refrigerated until first batch is frozen, Store in freezer until firm before serving.
